Born on December 27, 2003, Dawson was a graduate of Eden High School and a first-year student at Redeemer University, where he pursued both his education and his passion for hockey. His sudden passing has left family, friends, teammates, coaches, and classmates devastated.
A Rising Talent on the Ice
Dawson previously played in the Greater Ontario Junior Hockey League (GOJHL) with the Pelham Panthers, earning respect for his skill and determination.
From 2019 to 2023, he was a member of RU Hockey, where his leadership and sportsmanship stood out.
During the 2025–2026 season, Dawson had a breakout year with the Redeemer Royals, recording 11 goals and 31 points in 21 games. His performance earned him the honor of Rookie of the Year, a testament to his talent and dedication.
